On Sunday the boys finally were able to head to the long awaited WWE PPV Elimination chamber which was taped at the Oracle Arena in Oakland, Ca. It was planned about a month or so ago. The tickets were bought and Andrew asked his usual 50 questions... a day! As you can see from the picture to the left the "chamber" is quite intimidating. This was a big thing for Andrew. He's been into the Wrestling for maybe about the past 6 months. I don't anticipate a change in hobby anytime soon. What I probably love most about it is, Steven has always been a WWE fan, since before him and I even met some 14 years ago. We even went to a few event's. Only then it was Kurt Angle and The Rock, ironically The Rock has come back to the WWE - no complaints there, he is my favorite. What I'm getting at is Steven still watches and Loves it. It's a great bonding tool for them. Every Monday and Friday night the house shuts down for Monday Night RAW and Friday night Smackdown. I'll admit, I even watch it =) The boys left in the afternoon and did not get home until late that night. Most of Andrew's favorite guys were there. There was even speculation that The Undertake, which is Andrew's #1, was going to make his comeback, which didn't happen.
The lowering of the Chamber

Andrew plugging his ears during the Pyrotechnics

They Stayed a while and watched the chamber get taken apart
They even left in time to see some of the wrestlers leaving. Andrew even got some waves which he was happy about.
As if the WWE Elimination Chamber wasn't enough...
Steven came to me yesterday and said that they are filming Friday night Smack Down tonight ( in our home town ) Which will be the show they air Friday night we usually watch on TV. The Undertaker was also going to be making an appearance. He wanted to take the boys and I really wasn't too hot on the idea. I thought i was a little over kill. He also wanted to take Luke who also loves WWE. He's a John Cena fan. I picked up Andrew from school to a notice for an award he's getting Friday, a great spelling test, and a 27 ( which is great ) on his rocket math. It make the decision of them going that much more rewarding. An early dinner and off went the boys. Unfortunately, Steven's camera was acting up so no pics and I was greeted home at 10pm with 2 grouchy sleeping boys!
