What a day we had! Early and busy but fantastic! Today was opening day for RCLL. Everyone gathered as the birds were waking up, with donuts, chocolate milk/milk and coffee in hand, to kick off the season! With the kids filled with sugar ( thanks coaches ) they all took their places with banners in hand. Each team walked around the field as the team and their manager/coaches were announced. They were giggly, squirmy and with several parks close by, standing in the cold at 7:30 am was the last thing they wanted to do! None the less we all made it through... Well, almost all of us. I lost Luke right at the end. his patience wore thin of sitting in the stroller watching everything. Milk and snacks can only go so far.Enjoying his milk!

While waiting, we even had some entertainment!
So far, I am liking T-ball much better than soccer. Perhaps it's the organization, the parent participation or simply the relationships I have formed with most these kids ( from working in Andrew's class ) And getting to know the parents. I am so excited as to what the season will bring!
