5 years..

Happy Birthday Andrew!

I cannot believe it has been 5 years since the first time I held my little man in my arms. I thought he was never going to come. I remember it like it was just yesterday. He entered the world a weeks late,  after spending the day before Thanksgiving in the hospital with a failed attempt to induce labor, my water broke the evening of Thanksgiving, all to spend 28 hours of "labor" which was hardly what I would call it concluding the event with a C-section the following evening. He was beautiful and perfect and large, all 9lbs and 8 oz of him. These passed 5 years have literally flashed before my eyes.

It has been an absolute joy to watch this baby turn into such a dazzling little boy, and I cannot wait to see what another 5 years brings with Andrew.
