Since my husband and I both work on Sunday we celebrated Mothers day on Saturday, and what better way to do that than with family. My dad rated us along with my Mom and Grandma to a family trip to the Sacramento Zoo . I have been to the zoo many of times, but there is something wonderful about going and being with family. We carried along checking out the animals:
The kids had a wonderful time. I am trying to think and I believe this is Luke's first time out to a fun public place. He had a fun time looking at everything and was really content all day. Andrew had an awesome time with with Pop and Uncle Richie.
Luke was perfectly fine hanging out in his harness with mama.
Andrew was our guide, he loved having the map, and made sure we did not miss a thing!
After the Zoo, we headed to Land park for a very relaxing picnic, this was after we spent about 20 min finding a table that was not reserved. We ended up on some benches, as long as it was in the shade, it worked for me. We eat lunch and after Andrew had a wonderful time running around.
We even had a guest for lunch, the had some grapes and cheetos! He was quite entertaining!
Now, where did that Grape go?
At the end of the day I had 1 request, I wanted a nice family pic of all of us.. Here is what we ended up with. Not quite framable.
