Since I would say April, we have been trying to figure out how to work our air and smart vent. Now, technology can be pretty advanced but how hard is it to turn your cooling system on and off? I am pretty computer savvy and felt pretty stupid for having all these issues just to simply get some cool air blowing in my house. Especially when we are approaching double digits this weekend ( which I will not be here to suffer in ) therefor bring on the heat! =) I know I will have to deal with it sooner or later.

The house has been really warm and we have been putting up with it, Beutler came out last month and did our schedule and showed us a couple things. We try running the schedule but all we get is warm air. I placed another call to them, feeling pretty stupid this time, that I cannot get my air to work.

The tech came and my stupidity was put to rest, there was something indeed wrong with the cooling...I am not thermostat stupid! He crawled up in the Attic and found a wire or something loose, which was causing the cool and hot air to compete when we turned on the air. He fixed it and IMMEDIATELY there was a difference. We now have air conditioning.
