I ask myslef... why haven't I blogged in like over 2 weeks. It's already October. OCTOBER???? Where has the time gone. I mean really. I am 7 months pregnant this month, they started on our house and it is goigng steady AND Andrew will be 4 next month.
It is simply amazing I tell ya. Pretty soon, I will have another child, be moving into a house, and will be having one holiday and birthday and my baby shower after the next.
Anyways, pretty much all my blogging has been for Luke or the house. I thought I would share the latest at work. So, lately we have been having a slight problem with mice. My co-worker onee day last week was talking to "someone" turned out to be "something". A little mouse was walking over her feet and bag, and she was baby talking it. She sits on the other side so the mouse could really come right under into my cube. They are concerned of course with the cords being chomped and such, which could be a catastrophe in a busness like ours. So, they decided to place mouse traps all over the top floor of the call center. Now, the traps are not well hidden, in fact I can count and see a number of them walking from my desk to the bathroom. I come in yesterday and my pregnant nose detects this god awful smell by the bathroom. kitchen area. Right off the bat I am thinking " great, I get to smell a dead mouse all night"
I get to work today to find out they found 3 dead mice this morning. Which resolves the smell issue, of course. So, now they have, again, all these mouse traps right in the open with food on them. Grosssssssss. Then my manager walks up and we get on the mouse subject for him to share with me that he gets in this morning to hear this little mouse squeek noise, to look down, and under his desk there is a mouse caught in a trap.. NICE!! What is wrong with capturing animals without killing them? I am sure they make traps like that, no?
Anyways, thought I'd blog it =)
