A Major adjustment!!

I can almost promise that over the course of the next 6-8 months my blog will be taking some serious pounding. We have moved , it is over and done with. All of our belongings are in storage and Steven, Andrew and I are sharing a bedroom at Steven's parents house. It's pretty much there office, it still has the desk in it. We brought our full size bed that Steven and I sleep in and Andrew sleeps on a crib matress on the floor that hides away under the bed in the day time. We have 3 shelves in the office closet that Carmen cleared out for us ( bless her heart ) .If it were not for those shelves , I would be living out of my trunk ( more so than I am now) . Steven and I are sharing a 5 drawer dresser and Andrew's clothes I keep in 4 of those stackable drawer containers ( Thank god for Target!! ) All of our toiletries are stacked in some smaller version of the stackable drawers. Our clothes are hanging on a garment rack at the foot of out bed ( which I might add has been moved from place to place and has already had its fair share of tip overs ) It is questionable if it will make it through the duration of our stay. To make all of this just even more dazzling that it is, we miss our dogs terribly. Frank and Opie are currently staying with a friend/ co-worker of mine who will keep them for as long as she can, at which point I will then need to find a new temporary home for them.
I was really worried about Frank and his maternal attachment to Steven, however she has a beautiful King Charles Spaniel that Frank is chasing around over there, it is safe to say I am sure he is not thinking about Steven much. Opie had a much harder time. He is a big baby and is only a year and a half, so he had not had as much exposure to other dogs as Frank has had. He was making my heart melt. When i dropped them off he would not leave me , all he wanted to do was be in my lap close to me cuddling. My friend said he has made himself at home chasing her dogs as well.

Oh my! That sounds like chaos in the room! I hope that the "temporary" is very short and you can be comfortable in a new home soon! That's so nice of your friend to take care of the dogs...Does Andrew miss them? Hopefully soon you will all be back together! What a transition!
